For February 27, 2017 Matrix Voice is the tool for Internet of Things. It is focused on use of the hardware by producers and software developers.
On February 27, 2017 the Matrix Labs company announced release opened the tool for use with technologies of Internet of Things. The product can be useful when developing the equipment and software for the purpose of creating applications supporting voice actuation.
The product Matrix Voice is executed on a payment in the form of a disk. It allows programmers to create applications with support of voice actuation for the Raspberry PI platform or other autonomous platforms. Matrix Voice has 64-bit architecture. On a payment, at the programming layer, 32-bit services of speech recognition Amazon Alexa and[1] are integrated [1].
The payment is equipped with seven radially located MEMS microphones connected to the Xilinx Spartan6 FPGA processor. Onboard the structure of 64 MB of SDRAM memory. The array from seven microphones is set for high-quality recognition of a voice in applications. Diameter of a payment is 3.14 inches. It is equipped with universal input/output ports (a 40-contact loop for Paspberry PI, the 16-bit GPIO extender, two I2C interfaces and the power connector) for communication with other devices.
As a part of Matrix Voice technologies of zone capture of a voice, localization of a voice source, space filtering, noise suppression, dereverberatsionny filtering and acoustic echo suppression work.
The device can work with Microsoft Cognitive Service, Amazon Alexa Voice Service, Google Speech API, Wit.ai and Houndify services. Start of the device is possible by means of previously configured actions, including echolocation.
Matrix Voice is delivered with the built-in MATRIX OS operating system. As the developer company stated, a system simplifies creating applications after adding of several code lines of JavaScript.
