2020: Plans for development of the complete solution for project management
"Project practice" reported on July 2, 2020 that it will develop the complete solution on project management for Project bureau of development company Unistroy.
Systematization and automation of project activity of Project bureau of Unistroy company will become the purpose of the joint project.
Works are going to be carried out in two steps.
On the first diagnostics of the current project management system will be carried out, key requirements to setup of the project management information system (PMIS) are formulated and the packet of procedural and methodical documentation is developed. At the second stage the information system on the Microsoft Project Online platform will be unrolled, implementation, personnel training and setup of means of ensuring of the reporting based on Microsoft Project Online and Microsoft Power BI is provided.
