The virtual PBX allows to distribute the calls arriving on multichannel number. Now it is optional to employees of service to be round the clock near landline phones. A system automatically sends the emergency calls to the mobile phone of the person on duty, and noncritical – to voice mail.

According to the results of joint work with specialists of service of rescue in implementation of the virtual PBX and the subsequent efficiency analysis, it became clear that arrival time of rescuers to the victims was considerably reduced. Thanks to this solution our clients had a possibility of processing of several calls at the same time. The service of automatic recording of calls, according to rescuers, was also very useful.
