On March 2, 2017 Corus Consulting Group announced end of the first stage of the project on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 for process management of sales in North of Minerals company.
Project Progress
For North of Minerals the uniform tool for formation of base of all clients was required, for process automation of maintaining transactions of different types and also for collecting and information analysis on the sales and activities work-related with customers.
During the first stage of the project the single database on all current and potential clients North of Minerals was organized and work on sale of spare parts - as the most standardized business process in the field of sales is completely automated. Now the company management can quickly control a portfolio of the potential and placed orders, including pricing, approval of commercial offers, process of placement and accomplishment of orders.
The CRM system is integrated with the accounting system constructed on the 1C Platform. Integration is caused by need of managers to regularly specify the prices and delivery time, to synchronize the reference book by clients, to specify the nomenclature, its pricing and to automate transfer of orders. Now employees North of Minerals can quickly see the status of order processing and shipment detailed on location and the number of the come nomenclature in the CRM system.

About 50 employees of all our branches in Russia already have access to uniform base of clients and partners, can quickly select the nomenclature and the necessary specifications from a system that allows to select quickly and conveniently necessary components for clients".
