Omega.PFU

The product Omega.PFU is intended for implementation of a package of measures for effective planning, budgeting and management of financial flows (financial and economic activity) of public institutions, first of all – educational, beginning from planning elements (operational plans, estimates and budgets) and to complex efficiency evaluation of activity of organization.

Features and program capabilities:

• Planning of income using difficult and dependent calculations;
• Planning of expenses, including preshaping of limits and their bringing to the centers of the financial responsibility (divisions);
• Contract management (agreements and conditions of obligation fulfillment on agreements);
• Approval of budget documents on the configured model (process);
• Report generation on execution of the plan of financial and economic activity in any analytical cuts;
• Integration with federal service "PFHD ACS" at the level of data;
• Simulars and settings of any analytical reports.

The product contains additional opportunities on a versioning of budget models, expanded management of access rights to objects, functions and data of a system, including built-in I will support RLS technologies (separation of access at the level of records - across the CFD).

Interaction with external information systems is made on the basis of the standard mechanism of synchronization (plans of exchange) and also own utility providing access to external data (COM connection, WEB SERVICE, the XML files and other types).

The configuration Omega.PFU is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.8.2054 for its work.

The configuration Omega.PFU is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library of the version not lower than 2.3.3.57.
