MISIS implemented the solution ABBYY FlexiCapture

On March 1, 2017 the ABBYY company announced the implementing solution ABBYY FlexiCapture to National University of Science and Technology " MISIS ".

The program will recognize each assessment, and automatically loads data into "1C:University". At one-time processing of 30 sheets process of introduction of data takes no more than 5 minutes. In NITU "MISIS" the electronic system of "one window" works. All information on educational process, including performance data, are available to pupils on the website of the university. Thanks to fast recognition of sheets all estimates appear in a personal account of students in day of passing an examination.

During the receiving campaign of NITU "MISIS" also used the solution ABBYY FlexiCapture. Process of documents acceptance is constructed as follows: passports and statements arrive on one of 16 scanning stations, data will automatically be recognized and brought in 1C:University base. As a result processing of each packet takes no more than a minute. For each entrant the electronic personal account in which it is possible to monitor a situation with competitive points is created.

"Entering a higher education institution – very important and responsible stage, both for entrants, and for their parents. In NITU "MISIS" we aim to make this process by the most comfortable and transparent. To accelerate documents acceptance, in 2016 we made the decision as much as possible to automate the feed gear of documents. It allowed not to allow queues in selection committee, despite the increased flow of entrants. And also to update data on arriving on the website of the university in real time".
