Russian sea - Navicon BI FMCG

The project in Russian Sea company became one of the first implementations of BI model for FMCG. Within the project the uniform data warehouse about sales and a remaining balance in warehouses of distributors was implemented, daily receiving, cleaning and data analysis from distributors are automated that allowed to react quickly to changes in the market, to calculate KPI for partners of Russian Sea and more precisely to plan production and deliveries of products.
