2017: Features of the EDMS "Chancellor Express"

As of March 2017, Chancellor Express is a software product optimized in price and functionality for creating EDMS, performs the same functions as the Chancellor SPP.

Features of the EDMS "Chancellor Express":

• Comprehensive solutions. EDMS "Chancellor Express" allows in a short time to create a highly reliable, productive and safe environment for messaging and organize collective work with documents of any enterprise/organization in accordance with the specific needs of the customer
• Easy to learn and use. IBM Domino technology simplifies management, improves operational efficiency and reliability, delivers administration quality through archive policies, email quota management, and spam filtering, and provides flexibility and adaptability
• Easy to install and manage. Simplify administration, improve performance, and scale flexibly with replication.

In August 2010, IBA received an information letter from IBM EE/A confirming the right to grant licenses for IBM Domino/Notes software as an integral part of the Chancellor Express software product.

In the spring of 2010, IBM EE/A conducted an examination of the new IBA EDMS solution "Chancellor Express." Based on the results of the examination and the real level of prevalence of the Chancellor software product in the CIS countries as a platform for creating electronic document management systems at enterprises and organizations of various profiles and forms of ownership, as well as in government bodies, IBA received official confirmation of authorization. This fact indicates that IBM highly appreciates the Chancellor software product created on the IBM Domino/Notes platform and trusts our company as a service partner.
