Eltekhnika implemented an electronic document management system of TEZIS

On February 27 the Haulmont company announced system implementation of electronic document management of TEZIS in Eltekhnika Production association.

Project Progress

Specialists of Haulmont company conducted preproject examination, developed and approved the functional specification on modification of the THESIS system in which the main business processes of the company and their implementation were registered. Then process of implementation and phased transition began with earlier set EDMS.

At the first stage additional reference books, cards and processing of orders, requests and notifications, reports and sheets of approval were developed for Eltekhnika. Works on the second stage of the project within which processes on processing of incoming correspondence, approval and execution of memos, approval of agreements will be automated are at the moment conducted.

Systems on 75 simultaneous connections were purchased.
