On March 9, 2017 the company CST announced implementation of the voice menu on the basis of technologies of synthesis and speech recognition VoiceNavigator in contact center Business Lines Group.

In 2015 Delovye Linii Group began VoiceNavigator system implementation.
Project Results
Having completed the project the company reduced costs and load of call center operators — the number of employees in change for processing of standard addresses decreased. Clients obtain information on a delivery status, the working schedule of the terminal and its address, are notified on sending, arrival and storage of a load, can confirm data for freight intake from the address.
Voice services keep championship in popularity among channels of service.
