Implementation on DOK "Red October" of the Galaktika ERP system began with automation of an accounting and inventory control, management of supply and sale, payroll. Then on the basis of a system problems of a semi-finished method of cost accounting, calculation of materials requirement for planning period, reservations of finished goods at shipment, accounting of material values in production were solved.
Creation using the Galaktika ERP of a management system for production resources of the enterprise (MRP-II standard) became the next stage of the project that included solving of tasks of sales planning, production planning, supply planning, calculation of planned and actual cost of products, processing and monitoring of execution of orders. Before system implementation the corresponding business processes of the enterprise were described using methodology of ARIS.
Besides, now means of the Galaktika ERP system at the enterprise keep account of finished goods, settlings with buyers are controlled, problems of operational financial management, customer relationship management, control of motor transport are solved.
Accomplishment of the business development strategy on DOK "Red October" is controlled using the Balanced Scorecard system. One of the most important sources of information for Balanced Scorecard, necessary for control of a number of economic indicators (for example, profitability of production), is the Galaktika ERP system.
