ELMA Community Edition

Since 2006 the ELMA system helps the Russian companies to model business processes, to automate their execution and to quickly improve processes, increasing their efficiency. To make technologies of process management for each company, ELMA released in the spring of 2017 the free full-function version — ELMA Community Edition.

The ELMA Community Edition system has no time limits on use and to the number of user licenses. It is a full-fledged BPM system which, unlike a trial - and demoversions, can be implemented in a company performance and free of charge to use all functionality without restrictions:

• Model business processes of the company in the form of simple pictorial diagrams according to a notation of BPMN 2.0.

• Automate their execution to remove barriers in interaction of employees, to exclude errors and to increase the speed of accomplishment of tasks.

• Control work on processes, receiving notifications on overdue tasks and summary reports on the necessary indicators.
• Improve processes on the basis of data of monitoring, making the necessary changes in a business process model in the graphics editor.

Are also available to users of ELMA Community Edition:

• The module ECM for electronic document management: electronic archive of documents, a preview in the browser, differentiation of access rights to documents.
• The module CRM for process control of sales: uniform base of clients, funnel of sales and planning of financial receipts.
• Ready business processes, packets of processes and other solutions ELMA Store which can be set quickly in a system and to adapt for specifics of the business.
