In the conditions of the competition effective management of multi-profile activity of the company required the flexible automation system of management. A system had to optimize information and material flows, quickly provide information on a status of orders, work in progress, the material consumption to order, accomplishment of plans. As a result of the conducted research in the market of end-to-end information systems the management of the enterprise stopped the choice on the Galaktika ERP system.
At the first stage – in only 4 months – an accounting and inventory control, payroll, purchase management and sales were automated.
Within the second stage of the project (proceeded 5 months) means of the Galaktika ERP system solved problems of volume scheduling of production; calculation of production costs taking into account versions of the planned expensive articles, the cost of resources, schemes of distribution of indirect expenses; accounting of the movement of material values in production. And also the base of primary documents for production management is created.
In plans the Ltd company "Adonis" is automation using the Galaktika ERP system of management of financial resources of the enterprise, solving of tasks of operational management of cash flows.
The project of control automation based on the Galaktika ERP system executes Tyumbit-ASU Ltd - the official regional representative of Galaktika corporation in the Tyumen region.
