In 2009 in the Russian representative office of Philips working in the field of electronics, the medical equipment and lighting engineering the customer relationship management system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 integrated with the solution of Optimum of Merchandising group CDC is implemented. The analytics module Optimum of OLAP is also installed. The complete solution Microsoft and CDC will allow specialists of division of Philips Consumer Lifestyle (Philips Consumer goods) to get online access to the marketing information generated by mobile workers in sales points. These are data on activities of competitors, placement and representation of products of the company and its competitors, compliance of retail prices recommended, products remaining balance, sales of consultants.

Besides, the new solution will allow to create reports for the analysis of these data and also provides directory synchronization of the prices and products of the company between systems SAP and CRM.

As a result of implementation of a complex of systems collecting and processing of marketing information are optimized, the number of supervisors is laid off, the efficiency of their work is increased. 50 merchandisers work with a system. There is a work on automation of mobile employees in other regions.
