Requirements

A choice of the automation system was made for benefit of the Galaktika ERP taking into account the following criteria:

• existence in Ukraine of successful solutions at manufacturing enterprises;
• help of developers in adaptation of a system;
• acceptable cost of the solution.

Solution (description)

Tasks:

• contract management on purchase of materials and sale of finished products;
• supply and sale;
• settlement with suppliers and receivers;
• the movement of material values in divisions;
• production logistics;
• implementation of finished products;
• fixed asset accounting and special equipments;
• cash desk and financial settlement transactions;
• calculation of cost value of finished goods;
• formation of accounting and tax statements.

Prospects

On the next stage of system implementation the Galaktika ERP is going to implement tasks of automation of accounting of personnel of the enterprise and also payroll. In the long term the enterprise is also going to automate production processes.
