On March 9, 2017 the Danfoss company and MTS reported - the agreement on strategic partnership within which SIM cards of MTS will be installed in communication modems of the Cloud-Control system is signed.
Project Progress
The technology is intended for remote control of operation of frequency transformers and remote control by pipelines, pump stations, drilling rigs, hoisting-and-transport and other[1].
Its use allows to prevent idle times and failures of the equipment, to react quickly to the problems arising in use and to solve them far off. Unlike difficult and expensive SCADA systems our technology is much more available in implementation and allows to configure frequency drives far off. Connection of frequency transformers to a system is made by the principle of the Plug and Play and requires several minutes. The communication modems used for data transmission provide uninterrupted high-speed communication that allows to control operation of the equipment in real time. Data protection is implemented by application of modern protocols of enciphering.
Since 2017 users of Cloud-Control had an opportunity of a factory complete set of a system special SIM cards with the connected telematic services from MTS and the unlimited traffic paid for the year ahead. SIM cards are manufactured according to requirements of application in industrial applications and differ from standard in the raised service life and expanded operating temperature range (from -40 °C to +105 °C).
MTS has high examination in implementation of the cloud systems and the IoT systems for business. The joint project with Danfoss company is a development of competences of the company in system integration. In the current year we intend to expand considerably industry use of MTS services on the basis of Big Data, telematics, the industrial Internet, and in particular the Narrow Band IoT radio interface which considerably expands possibilities of application of Internet of Things in business, on production and in development of city infrastructure. |
