Before implementation of an end-to-end information system the enterprise used several separate programs which independently solved separate problems. For the purpose of further improvement of the used information technologies the enterprise made the decision on implementation of a single modern system of the class ERP/MRP-II. After the careful analysis of offers of the market the choice was stopped on the Galaktika ERP system.
Sale optimization became a main goal of the first stage of implementation of the Galaktika ERP.
As the main objectives specialists of the enterprise defined improvement of customer interaction when implementing finished goods, reduction of warehouse stocks, increase in efficiency of accounting. System deployment was carried out to short terms, without stopping works of services of the enterprise. A part of employees of JSC Keramin was trained in training center of Galaktika corporation, and then transferred the skills to colleagues that allowed to minimize expenses.

In parallel with the help of analysts of corporation at the enterprise the optimization of a part of business processes which allowed to save time of clients for filling and approval of different documents was performed. Thanks to the Galaktika ERP, at the enterprise the single database for different services was created, the opportunity for work in the mode of "real time", reservation of products and control of warehouse stocks appeared.
JSC Keramin considers automation of a management system as the instrument of improving competitiveness of the enterprise in the market that is confirmed by results of the first stage of the project. Still Keramin lays great hopes on the second stage during which based on the Galaktika ERP work of planning department, department of supply and cost accounting of finished goods will be automated. In further plans of the enterprise — automation using the Galaktika ERP system of all business processes of the enterprise, creation of the corporate information system meeting the most modern requirements.
