On March 14, 2017 the Weathervane Sale company announced creation of call center on the platform of Infinity technology by request of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic — (TFCMI of RS(Ya)). The implementer in the project Navilayn company.
Project Progress
There was a contractor who was on site in Yakutia. They are engaged in the equipment in the field of IT, and they needed call center therefore they addressed us. We offered call center of Infinity — prepared to the customer the commercial offer and the information letter with the description of functionality of call center. Everything was pleasant to them. The project was executed in the mode of remote consultations. The contractor was informed as where it is necessary to switch, and he on site was engaged in connection of the equipment to the operating automatic telephone exchange. Operator and administrator jobs are set, possibilities of automatic telephone exchange are expanded.
At the request of the client personnel training is provided remote service maintenance is executed.
Training of the contractor — to tell basic knowledge was our task: how to receive calls how to create clients as reports and other basic systems capabilities are configured. After that on site the contractor trained directly employees of contact center. |
