Content

On March 14, 2017 the Rice company announced implementation of functional unit "Maintenance and repair" based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" for Shipbuilding plant "Severnaya Verf".

Project Tasks

There was a need for implementation of an information system which would allow to integrate in the single database information for planning of repairs and to achieve the maximum convenience of input of primary information to the further analysis. A system is directed to the solution of the following tasks:

  • storage of the objects of operation and technology structure with a binding to

to workshops / to work centers;

  • classification of the equipment by structure technical and operational

characteristics;

  • accounting of the list of the making parts;
  • service and repair of the equipment;
  • maintaining documentation on operation of the equipment;
  • registration of development and technical condition of the equipment;
  • management of repair activity.

For project implementation as the contractor the Rice company having positive experience of implementation of the similar systems was selected.

Project Progress

Project implementation took place on the next main stages:

  • inspection of business processes of the customer;
  • development of technical specifications;
  • obtaining actual data from the MS Excel;
  • import of data from the MS Excel;
  • personnel training;
  • development of instructions for work with separate blocks of functionality of a system;
  • transfer of a system to trial operation.

Project Results

Having performed the planned works, the project team automated the following functions:

  • Loading of the objects of operation from templates (from the MS Excel format).
  • Classification of the equipment by classes of the objects of operation.
  • Import from the MS Excel files of data on types of repair and its frequency.

Project Results Upon completion of the project it was possible:

  • Integrate separate data in a single system of accounting of the equipment.
  • Implement a possibility of maintaining cards of the objects of operation, fillings by their information characteristic of different types of the equipment.
