Project Results

The module allowed CHAO "Kiev cardboard and paper plant" to solve requests in operational and effective processing of incoming correspondence, to accelerate its processing. And also will provide confidentiality, will exclude loss of information and transfer to her third parties. Besides, will help to reduce working time by document retrievals and to increase executive discipline.

Purposes of implementation of the functional module Office:

• Automation of printing of envelopes.
• Automation of printing of a barcode of each document on a tape for incoming documents.
• Unification of process of work with the entering and outgoing documents in the company.
• Formation of uniform storage for storage of the entering and outgoing documents.
