The Safmar group implemented technology of biometric identification for a voice

On March 14, 2017 the Center of Speech Technologies company announced system implementation of biometric determination of a voice of VoiceKey.Fraud in funds of the pension Safmar group. A system is implemented in two funds - JSC NPF SAFMAR and JSC NPF Doveriye.

Project Results

In NPF SAFMAR and NPF Doveriye control procedures of authenticity of agreement signature about mandatory pension insurance are implemented. Obligatory verification of all clients for confirmation of the fact of signing of the contract and consent to transfer of means of pension savings of the insured person to Fund is carried out. The procedure of verification includes call-down of potential clients. At this stage cases when the agent answers instead of the insured person are not excluded, confirming his consent to transfer of pension savings in NPF.

Using biometrics funds identify unfair agents. Phonograms of control calls are loaded into VoiceKey.Fraud. A system selects all voices of clients from phonograms, builds their biometric models and compares among themselves. In case of doubts, for example, when biometric models of different clients match, information is sent to security services of funds.

The group of SAFMAR funds uses the VoiceKey.FRAUD system since 2014, and it already proved the efficiency. This solution gives the chance in advance to reveal the negative situations connected with activity of involuntary agents reduces reputational and license risks, allows to avoid financial losses.
