On March 14, 2017 the SKB Kontur company announced system implementation of e-document flow of "Kontur.Diadok" the online platform of the order of freight transportation and armorings of Cargor cars.
Project Tasks
For simplification and acceleration of solving of tasks by participants of a logistics chain, the company decided to use technology and implemented electronic document management by means of the Kontur.Diadok system[1].
Project Results
Since February, 2017 partners can make, approve, send and receive online the main documents according to transactions between consignors and cargo carriers:
- service provision agreements,
- invoices for payment,
- delivery notes,
- requests in GU-12 form
- etc.
Documents are signed by the qualified electronic signature (QES) therefore they are originals which accept tax authorities. It is possible to sign documents from mobile devices: smartphones and tablets.

Annoying, when well organized and focused on speed case revolves and slows down because of slow document flow. And paper — always slow as depends on distances between partners. In logistics they are often considerable. As a result documentary execution of the transaction becomes labor-intensive and expensive. We already implemented several projects in this sphere therefore with confidence we can tell: E-document flow is capable to reduce costs of the logistic companies to 70%, many times to accelerate cycles of document flow and to raise a customer loyalty.
