Compulink constructed more than 320 km of the fiber-optic communication line in Bashkortostan

Customers: Bashinformsvyaz

Product: Complex projects of creation of the engineering systems

Project date: 2016/03  - 2017/02

Within the federal project on the elimination of digital inequality (EDI) the Compulink Group constructed more than 320 km of a fiber line in the territory of Bashkortostan. Endpoints of access are set in 35 areas with the population from 250 to 500 people.

In addition to works on construction and installation of the fiber-optic communication line, Compulink Group executed delivery of ancillary equipment and cable products. Steel concrete support were set in each of 35 localities and met the main requirements for safety of operation. In some areas which the authorities considered the most attractive in respect of promotion of infocommunication services (the centers of administrative services, places of the highest population density) over the equipment according to the plan of UTsN broadband access based on one of technologies – DSL, GPON, BShPD was provided. Measures for protection of the fiber optic trunk against defeat by electric current, a lightning overvoltage and also from unauthorized access are taken.

This project became for PJSC Bashinformsvyaz which coordinates execution of the program for UTsN, the first experience of cooperation with the third-party contractor.

At a design stage of works of Compulink Group provided the conditions capable to affect negatively the course of construction of the fiber-optic communication line in the region with sharply continental climate. So, the steel concrete support set in localities maintain mounting loadings in the temperature range from-55 to +60 and also at seismic activity, ensure smooth operation even in wind and ice areas.

Actions for elimination of digital inequality contribute to the development of information and telecommunication infrastructure of the Republic of Bashkortostan that in turn opens new opportunities for implementation of key federal projects, initiatives in the field of information technologies. And transfer of services of public authorities and local government to an electronic form is intended to set effective interaction of the population with the government of the republic.

The project of construction of the fiber-optic communication line in the Republic of Bashkortostan provided with wireless access points in the Internet the localities Tatyshlinsky, Blagoveshchenskogo, Kushnarenkovsky, Karaidelsky, Nurimanovsky, Bakalinsky, Blagovarsky, Zianchurinsky, Baymaksky, Haybullinsky of municipal districts.

UTsN Compulink Group constructed the first access point within the program in 2014 in the village of Mikhaylovskoye, in 45 kilometers from the center of Kostroma. This project successfully passed test therefore at the federal level the possibility of its replication in other regions of the Russian Federation was approved.
