2018: Creation of a system of high-temperature utilization of gas of the closed type

On December 11, 2018 Gazpromneft was announced completion of construction of a modern system of high-temperature utilization of gas of the closed type for the combined oil refining installation "by Euro +" Moscow Refinery. The technology allows safely, reliably and eco-friendly to liquidate surplus of a process gas in case of its emergence.

Optimization of production processes of the Euro + complex allows to involve all process gases in production, and the system of utilization joins only in case of need — during the switchings of installations, an output in repair, prevention. Process of utilization takes place in the closed protected fire-resistant camera. Modern technologies guarantee giving of large volume of air and provide complete combustion of all components at zero impact on the atmosphere. Construction 42 meters high is equipped with 128 torches — it completely excludes open burning and a thermal loop, allowing to achieve the low level of noise and lack of a smell.


The reliable automated process control system of the Euro + installation is responsible for management of a complex. Sensors continuously measure pressure in a system, at receipt of a signal the necessary quantity of torches which quickly and safely utilize gas gets into gear. The provided complex is capable to liquidate to 260 tons of gas per hour.

The system of utilization is an important part of a technology chain of Moscow Refinery which allows to get rid in the normal mode of excess of gases, without allowing them to get to the atmosphere. During upgrade Moscow Refinery constantly increases efficiency of production processes thanks to what cumulative operating time of this system was reduced from forty to five days in a year.

2017: Stage of the project of reconstruction of installation of catalytic cracking

On March 16, 2017 the press service of Moscow Refinery announced end of one of stages of the project of reconstruction of installation of catalytic cracking.

Project objective - production of components of high-octane gasolines of environmental standard Euro-5.

Specialists of the enterprise performed mounting works of a dome of the central reactionary office of installation. The company hopes for the 20 percent growth of power and increase in energy efficiency as a result of this project of reconstruction.

Using the special crane dome weighing 120 t. lifted on height of 56 m and mounted on the reactionary device R-201. For increase in efficiency of installation works all necessary preparatory operations are performed earlier, including SKD of a dome.

Reconstruction of installation of catalytic cracking, (2017)

Works on upgrade of installation of catalytic cracking (G-43-107) began in January, 2017 and are conducted according to the diagram of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
