Komos Group

It is implemented: Management of agreement settlements, Accounting and tax accounting, Management of material resources, Managements of material resources, Module of development of the OLAP reports, Personnel management.

Komos Group include 12 enterprises of the Udmurt Republic which are engaged in production and processing of agricultural products.

Due to business development of agroholding planning processes and consolidations of the budget of cash flow (BCF), operating control of payments of the enterprises and the analysis of execution of BDDS considerably became complicated. For the purpose of process optimization of financial planning by company management the decision on implementation of the end-to-end treasurer system covering all enterprises of agroholding was made. Specialists of NPO Kompyyuter were involved to project implementation.

Now the preparatory stage of the project is implemented: detailed inspection and setting of business processes, development of project solutions. Within a pilot project the staff of management company and one of the enterprises of holding will be connected to a system. Further the solution will be replicated on the remained 11 enterprises. Project completion is planned for April, 2010.
