In retail network of Familiya department stores the main stage of system implementation Microsoft Dynamics NAV is completed. The project is implemented by specialists of WillMore company.
Due to business development – increase in a goods turnover, expansion of the range, opening of new shops in the different cities of Russia – the company management needed an effective management system.
Main objectives of implementation of the ERP system: formation of the common information space integrating all divisions of the company, business process optimization and document flow, increase in transparency of business, automation of a logistics chain.
Within the project the following tasks are automated: management of retail sales, management of wholesales, purchase management, management of the distribution center, management of deliveries, inventory management, management of motivation of personnel.
Specialists of integrator executed a number of completions considering specifics of activity of the client. A system allows to create supplier orders on the basis of requirements, a remaining balance and the statistical sales forecast, automatically distributing delivery on shops.
One of features of retail network is dynamic change of the range. For the analysis and forecasting of sales in these conditions special means are created. A system allows to determine the prices by shops and groups of shops, to determine the special prices and discounts with validity periods, to plan different price campaigns, to carry out special actions. The functionality is developed for carrying out revaluations.
Also a system allows to estimate employee performance. Also the extensive analytical functionality is developed.
