One of such specifics is multinomenclature production: the enterprise releases more than 10 lines of ware consisting of more than 400 nomenclature positions. This factor along with different restrictions both on the production, and in its interaction with other divisions influences satisfaction of the consumer demand which is a key indicator of work[1]
For need of understanding what restrictions in the existing processes more influence accomplishment of requests from buyers, at the end of 2016 the decision on test start of the 1st loop of production logistics on the kanban system - the main tool of the extending system for implementation of the principle "just in time" was made (to do and deliver what is necessary when it is necessary also only in the necessary volume).
The concept of the 1st loop means determination of two sections of production process in which one is a customer of products (raw materials, materials completing, etc.), another is their supplier.
At the first stage of implementation of this system under the existing production process the following tasks were set:
- on what transactions will be test start is carried out?
- type of a transport container?
- replenishment unit?
- appearance of cards?
method and frequency of their delivery from the customer's section to section of the supplier, i.e. the principle of work? The existing schedule system directed to replenishment of supermarket of a finished goods warehouse (pulling of necessary products about productions which stock remainders fell below the calculated trigger level), need of pushing out of problems from places of value creation, implementation of a feedback loop for operational overcoming the current problems regarding the movement of intra shop material and information flows, all this was the reason of concentration of a project team on two key sections of workshop of processing of ware and their choice for carrying out the planned test start:

- ↑ of enterprise C of 2012 at the enterprise active work on implementation of lean-technologies is conducted, and since the middle of 2015 separate short-term projects in this direction developed into creation of own KUKMARA production system. The purpose - deployment of full project activities for implementation of tools and methods of lean production taking into account specifics of own production process.
