"Mertz of Pharm" upgraded a corporate portal

On March 22, 2017 the TOPS Consulting company announced creation of information space for storage and an information access on the Microsoft SharePoint platform by request of the Russian division of pharmaceutical company Merz.

Project objective - implementation of the internal portal of the company. The management of Merz made the decision on replacement of the existing portal by the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

The global choice of the headquarters of Merz Pharma became an argument for the choice of Microsoft SharePoint as a basis for project implementation.

Project Progress

Within the portal the structured information is consolidated, data retrieval is organized. The corporate knowledge base is executed in the form of library of documents and wiki-pages, has clear structure. The portal solves a problem of the organization of collective work on documents, giving to employees an opportunity of joint work of online, taking into account version control of documents and differentiation of access rights.

The portal – the multifunction working platform allowing to solve working problems and to support personal, informal communication. Using the portal the staff of Merz learns about interesting events from life of the company, gets acquainted with relevant state-of-the-art reviews, reads the corporate newspaper and communicates with each other in theme groups.
