Uniform situational center of a road and transport complex of Moscow area

On March 22, 2017 the Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev held a number of meetings with the management of Head department of road economy of the Moscow region (GUDH) and Center of Assistance to Construction (CAC) at the government of the Moscow region.

During the visit provided to Dmitry Medvedev the work of the Uniform situational center of a road and transport complex of Moscow area including control of a status of highways and identification of road accident in the Moscow region.

Representatives of the situational center presented the new information system allowing to control road condition and to establish the road accident reasons in the automatic mode.

Developers of this software told the Businessavtomatika Research and production center that the monitoring system of the road accidents fixes abnormal sections and cases of road accident on roads of the Moscow region and sends them to the situational center.

The complaints received through mobile application without delay are processed and sent to the relevant services then a system makes control of all implementation process of actions of safe traffic.

A system in the automatic mode is capable to make security solutions of traffic and for prevention of emergence of similar cases on abnormal sections in the future.

The test version of the project is started in the Moscow region and already has positive responses from drivers and pedestrians. The working version is going to start this year.
