"Ingrad" implemented the system of information loss prevention

On March 23, 2017 the System Software company announced system implementation of information loss prevention in Ingrad Group.

Project Progress

The solution gives the chance to control information flows in a difficult organization structure of the developer of a full stroke and to guarantee observance of a trade secret by all staff of the organization.

Within the project the automated tool allowing to distinguish and block movement of confidential data on all electronic channels used by employees is created. A system is designed to protect from leak personal data of employees, documents with a trade secret, financial information, investment plans and other confidential information of Ingrad Group.

Project Results

Implementation allowed to stop internal threats of information security and also to prevent use of resources of the company by employees for personal reasons – for entertainment or own business activity. Identification of the disloyal and corrupted employees at the expense of the analysis of communications became one more task. Automatic archiving of all outgoing messages gave to the company an opportunity to quickly investigate any incidents of leak.

As a result of implementation of Infowatch Traffic Monitor 6.5 the risk of material, moral and reputation damage which the company from leak or malicious dissemination of undesirable information could incur decreased (for example, spam). A system books the automated audit of the locations of confidential information and controls as far as its distribution corresponds to procedures of the company. The department of information security had an opportunity to control leaks both in the mode of immediate reaction, and within the retrospective analysis.
