TeamCraft CRM is the solution on management integrated business processes for the companies of small and medium business. Using the platform even the small companies will be able to arrange routine production and marketing operations and also to adjust personnel management at the level available before only to large business. Feature of TeamCraft is the visual editor who is built in a system business processes with whom any qualified employee of customer organization can cope. The similar functionality is usually built in expensive and heavyweight CRM+ BPM- the platforms requiring long and expensive deployment on the client's servers. In the majority of the solutions presented at the market, such option is absent. In fact, they solve strictly certain circle of business challenges and customizations do not give in.

Cloud solutions and also flexibility of the platform do TeamCraft by the tool for production management, personnel, marketing and sales. "A system actively develops — Sergei Ivanov, one of founders and the CEO of TeamCraft says. — In the nearest future we intend to implement based on TeamCraft the tool for management of the integrated business processes in other platforms and IT solutions and also to connect a system to telephony and popular messengers. It is sure, our moderate price policy and the unique management tools and editing processes put to the platform will provide to TeamCraft the worthy place in the Russian market CRM+ BPM- systems".
Founders of TeamCraft develop it on own means, but intend to attract in the project of investors. "After a running in of a business model and setup of sales channels we will attract external investments, expecting to reach at the same time self-sufficiency by the end of 2019 — Ivanov says. — So far the company is based in the capital region though we sell TeamCraft and we perform remote user support across all Russia. We are going to increase presence in the Russian market outside the capital using partners. But for market penetration of the countries of Europe and the USA, most attractive to our product, we will need participation of external investors".

TeamCraft is equipped with the tool by means of which it is possible to configure structure of the platform under features of business. The visual designer helps to create modules and to adjust operating.

2015

According to the founder of the project Sergei Ivanov, the development team of TeamCraft got to work on it in 2015. In a year the beta of a product which was tested by command forces within several months was ready. Technical start was performed in the second half of 2017 when the first clients of TeamCraft who helped to bring a product to the level of the market offer were connected to system testing.
