Novartis Consumer Health

The IBS company (file) completed implementation of an end-to-end system of management in Novartis Consumer Health company, the Russian representative office of the Swiss corporation Novartis specializing in area of OTC medicines.

The SAP products which are the corporate standard of the international pharmaceutical company and all its departments became the platform for creation of the ERP system. Therefore during the project for consultations specialists of the Swiss Competence Center in SAP of Novartis corporation were attracted.

At system development features of the Russian legislation and also specific requirements to activity of the international pharmaceutical companies were considered. In particular, the quality control system of the implementation company underwent testing, obligatory for all suppliers of Novartis, for compliance to the principles of validation (the requirement of the industry standard of GMP) guaranteeing quality and security of products of the company.

The basic functionality of a system was developed in only three months. Now a system supports financial and management accounting, logistics management, purchases, sale.

Upon termination of implementation a system was placed in data center of IBS Datafort with which the three-year service provision agreement of lease of the equipment and technical support of a server complex and information system is signed. At the same time remote access for independent monitoring and setup of a system is provided to the customer's employees.
