2017: Strategic partnership with Angstrem

On July 27 Angstrem and MPOTK of "Tekhnokomplekt" announced conclusion of an agreement about strategic partnership which provides development and production of power modules. Within partnership Angstrem plans carrying out researches on development of technology of the automated packaging of power modules and new products of the electronic component base (ECB), including using the scientific results obtained Tekhnokomplekty within PNIER to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In turn, "Tekhnokomplekt" will assist Angstrem in working off of experimental technology and carrying out tests of prototypes in the serial electric equipment. In more detail about it is here.
