On March 27, 2017 the Haulmont company announced workflow automation in sport center of St. Petersburg Anniversary, based on a document management system and tasks of TEZIS.
Project Progress
SK "Anniversary" stopped on Standard edition of the THESIS system which allowed to automate work of office, to accelerate process of approval and acquaintance with different documents, provided control of the appointed instructions. The functionality of Standard edition also provides a possibility of use of the electronic digital signature, the designer of business processes, the designer of reports. Besides mobile licenses were in addition purchased.
In the course of system implementation remote installation EDMS THESIS and resident instruction of the administrator and users in the territory was made SK "Anniversary".
A system turned into commercial operation and is actively used in sport center.
