On March 27, 2017 company "1C:" (Voronezh) announced the first BIT automation of personnel records and payroll calculation in dairy holding "Molvest".

Goals and Objectives

The management of holding made the decision on implementation of an information system which would help to unify methodology of HR records and payroll for all representative offices and the plants of the company. It was required to simplify collecting and consolidation of data of divisions, to accelerate payroll to the employees, to reduce time for formation of the regulated and statistical reporting.

Choosing a Solution

For the solution of these tasks the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 Prof" system was selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation : The first BIT" (Voronezh). A system was unrolled in 120 workplaces.

Project Results

According to the results of the project the methodology of conducting personnel records and payroll is standardized. All divisions of holding keep personnel records now and accrue the payroll in one system and by uniform rules. The number of the employees involved in calculation was laid off: three payroll officers at the plants were transferred to sections of production accounting and reflection of self-supporting transactions that optimized work of accounting services. Besides, difficult payroll for 200 drivers is automated: data of waybills are automatically loaded into a system now. It excluded the errors connected with manual entry of data and accelerated calculation of remunerations to drivers, specified in 1C.

The uniform command center by salary payment through the client bank on all territorial and remote divisions of holding is created. It helped to strengthen control of timeliness and justification of payments.

The management received tools for efficiency analysis of use of working time on divisions of holding taking into account absences and extra work of employees. There was an opportunity to fix the actual appearance of employees, work on the weekend, substitutions of the employees who are on vacation or on the sick-list. This information allows to change quickly working schedules for ensuring effective activity of divisions.

Besides, security work which controls observance by employees of labor discipline is automated. All data on the revealed violations quickly are fixed in a system, the management can obtain these data at any moment and take adequate measures. By the customer's estimates, as a result labor discipline on holding improved.

Time for formation of the summary managerial and regulated reporting is also reduced: twice obtaining the consolidated information on insurance premiums and the PIT accelerated. By 3 times time expenditure on collecting and processing of the regulated reporting under structural divisions of holding decreased.

Payment charge is made in head enterprise of holding now that allowed to create the uniform center for payroll and to increase labor productivity of staff of settlement center. Laid off the number of the employees participating in payroll, accelerated time of payroll on the isolated enterprises of holding.
