On April 3, 2017 the SPB TV company announced signing with China International TV Corporation (CITV) of the license agreement about providing the international rights to a packet of documentary content of production of CCTV for demonstration in the heading "China hour" within the international initiative of the New Silk way ("One Belt, One Road").
