The Crucial element company completed the consulting project preceding system implementation "1C: Management of manufacturing enterprises 8" in Eskaro Kemikal AS company, the producer of paints and varnishes which is a part of the international production and commercial concern Eskaro.

Business development of Eskaro group led to increase in document flow of the company and need to review some aspects of account policy. With respect thereto the decision on need of implementation of the new software for conducting managerial and regulated accounting was made.

Specialists of the company carried out the analysis of a large number of the software products offered in the market. For acceptance of the final decision it was decided to analyze an opportunity and methods of reflection in the selected software of some key business processes. Specialists of the third-party implementation company were involved to the solution of this task with the customer.

During the project the analysis of business processes of the enterprise was done, merits and demerits of new software are revealed, recommendations about creation of a system for conducting managerial and procedural accounting are developed. The solution should cover processes of an inventory accounting, release and sale of goods, the cost accounting and cost accounting of release, planning and accounting of cash flow, accounting of agreements with buyers and conducting settlement, pricing and formation of discounts for the sold products.

The recommendations of technology and organizational character about transition to the new version of software were in addition made. Also at the request of the enterprise the test version of base with demonstration examples was prepared. As a result the customer made the final decision on implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".
