On March 31, 2017 the company of Technology of the Future announced automation of customer service in specialized retail store "Moskhimtorg", Moscow.

In the Moscow sales office of chemical reactants and the Moskhimtorg laboratory equipment in Nizhny Susalny Lane NeuroniQ e-queue system is installed.

A system itself will invite the buyer to the manager, then for filling of the questionnaire the employee will postpone number of the coupon for a repeated call. In preset time the NeuroniQ system will automatically call the client to the manager for providing service.
