Project Progress
On service more than 700 shops are transferred in regions South and Central. Within the project complex information and technology support of an automated workplace, payment terminals, printings, a number of the retail and special store equipment and the software was carried out.
According to the results of February, 2017 the indicator of service on the project reached 97%. High KPI service, quick reaction on requests of users, allowed to create in short terms uniform "point of entry" for elimination of all technical issues, to ensure smooth operation of the equipment of shops and payment terminals of Svyaznoy.
