The Ministry of Economic Development of Khabarovsk Krai implemented a management subsystem state programs

On April 10, 2017 the BARS GROUP company announced creation of a management subsystem state programs for the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Khabarovsk Krai.

Project Results

The subsystem is intended for automation of accounting of information on state programs and monitoring of their implementation, formation of the single database on them, their visualization using interactive charts and diagrams.

A system has modular structure: the module of formation of state programs contains the mechanism of creation of structure and filling of the passport of the state program. The technology provides a possibility of formation of the uniform reference book of indicators and appointment of executives in charge for implementation of specific actions of the state program.

The module of accounting of financing provides to users instruments of accounting of the planned and actual amounts of financing of program actions and expenditure of budgetary funds. There is a possibility of entering of adjustments into the volumes of budgetary funds put on actions.

Using the module of monitoring, the analysis and the reporting of state programs it is possible to control accomplishment of actions for the set parameters. In a system the OLAP reports and visualization tools work.

The module of reference books allows to maintain registers of storage of the reference information:

• users,
• roles of users,
• departments,
• indicators,
• and so forth.
