In the Lipetsk City Energy Company (LCEC) the management system for queue of NEURONIQ installed at the end of 2016, expanded with spring of 2017 from 11 to 23 jobs.
According to "The concept of regional informatization" which was adopted by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2014, informatization of workflows of a public sector requires the complete solution. And it first of all concerns not only processes of the organization of flows of queue at acceptance of visitors, but also processes of collecting, processing and information storage.
Therefore when installing management systems for queue of NEURONIQ in LGEK Technologies of the Future company except standard functionality on registration of visitors in queue, I will cause them to the operator, collecting and formation of statistics, also performs a video and audio recording of dialogs of the operator with visitors.
