VoiceKey.AGENT is the solution which allows to confirm the client's personality on a voice during the conversation with the call center specialist. When the client calls in contact center, the program compares parameters of its voice to the standard which is already stored in a system. If verification took place with a low threshold of coincidence, the new version of VoiceKey.AGENT will automatically compare the client's voice to phonograms from the black list directly during the conversation and will display result of the operator.
