The decision VoiceKey.IVR is passed by determination of the identity of users of a system of voice self-service. Such method of verification reduces load of operators and helps business to cut down expenses on processing of incoming calls.

At receipt of a call IVR suggests the client to say a password phrase. The phrase can always be identical (static) or generated automatically (dynamic) — in this case IVR will ask the subscriber to repeat it after it. The voice of the subscriber is recorded, record goes to processing to the VoiceKey.IVR server and is compared to the sample of a voice of the user which is stored in a system. The subscriber does not need to confirm in addition the personality by other methods, verification takes 2-3 seconds. In case of successful confirmation the user goes to the protected section of IVR or is transferred to the call center operator. The solution works with the IVR systems of any scale, is integrated with the main API methods from Avaya Orchestration Designer.
