Biography

Andrey was born on September 26, 1980 in the city of Rostov-on-Don.

Studied at school No. 1 of the city of Ulyanovsk.

In 2002 got an education at institute of economy and business of the Ulyanovsk state university.

In 2004 graduated from medical faculty of the Ulyanovsk state university.

In 2011 completed a rate on the MBA program of the Ulyanovsk state technical university.

Since 2004 worked as the chief specialist, the consultant of department of the analysis of economy of municipal entities.

In 2006 it is appointed the head of department of target programs and investments of City administration of Ulyanovsk.

In 2007 received a position of the head of the investment direction of Gerasimov Group.

Since 2007 worked as the manager of projects of NP Regional Investment Center.

In 2009 worked as the chief specialist, the director of the department of development of health care of the Ministry of Health of the Ulyanovsk region.

Since August, 2013 worked as the project manager of Clinic Lekon LLC.

In 2015 MIAC State Healthcare Institution of the Ulyanovsk region received the director's position.

For April 11, 2017 Alabin Andrey Pavlovich works as the director MIAC State Healthcare Institution of the Ulyanovsk region.
