On April 11, 2017 the IntelLex company announced development of a corporate system by request of FGP VO ZhDT of Russia. The first stage of its implementation is completed.

Project stage result

The workplace of the chief of guard became functional unit of a system. It is supposed that development of IntelLex LLC on the PostgreSQL platform will arrange business processes of the company.

Departmental protection of Russian Federation railway transport, (2014)

It is a system in the web interface, it is developed by IntelLex company using the PostgreSQL database management system. Start of an ACS of OGSD is carried out to trial operation on March 23, 2017.

Developers ceded to a single system of automation centralized accounting, control and accounting on work of divisions of FGP VO ZhDT of Russia. The continuous automated control of the protected cars from the acceptance moment at the consignor until issue to the consignee should provide quality improvement of protection of loads and decrease in labor costs.

Before implementation shooting commands used the different information resources provided to JSC "Russian Railways" for ensuring protection of loads. Among themselves shooting commands communicated by phone.

The ACS of OGSD integrates all necessary information and helps the next shooting teams to coordinate actions without phones, through a system. "The book of accounting of acceptance (transfer) of cars, containers with loads under protection" (OGV-5 form) became electronic.

The electronic history of transactions with cars helps all users of a system to obtain easily the comprehensive information about any car and transactions with it with indication of the place, time of an event, responsible and other parameters.

Any information is entered into a system once and reused by all blocks.
