"The Renaissance the Credit" manages payment acceptance in RBS channels using a single system from eKassir

On April 11, 2017 the eKassir company announced implementation in Renaissance Credit bank of a system for management of payment acceptance in channels of remote service.
Project Results
As a result of the joint project with eKassir the Renaissance Credit bank provided to clients synchronous access more than to 1700 services for payment through Internet bank, mobile applications and banking terminal network. A system based on eKassir Payments Hub integrates service providers of housing and public utilities, educations, the Internet, mobile communication and other payment services serviced by large aggregators with which at bank the relevant agreements are signed.
In the created uniform command center the functionality for setup of the commissions on different parameters, for example, depending on a method and the place of payment is payment acceptance. Further they are broadcast on all canals of customer service. Consolidation of settings of services for remote service in a uniform point allows bank to lower operating costs and to earn from the commission.
"The bank began cooperation with eKassir company in 2015. Having made strategic decision on development of channels of remote service, including formation of own network of payment terminals, we carried out multiple factor analysis of the IT solutions existing in the market. As a result of the tender the solution of eKassir company which in the best way fitted into our architecture existing IT and a technology stack was selected. In general according to the results of the completed project of implementation it is possible to tell that we were not mistaken with the choice, despite a number of difficulties regarding integration and personnel training.
