A system consists of software and the equipment allowing to control operating time of employees. The administrator can trace information on employees in the web interface or from mobile application and receive all necessary range of the reporting. The retailer can manage different categories of personnel – not only own employees, but also to manage more quickly services which are provided by external contractors (outsourcing) and the staff of producers (merchandisers and promoters).
The product "Automated Workplace Timebook" is also intended for bidirectional data exchange between the standard product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", edition 2.5 and the Taymbuk system. The product represents the application solution for automation of a time recording in any enterprise.
Features and program capabilities:
- information transfer about employees and their personnel history for simplification of the organization of a time recording in the Taymbuk system;
- the transfer of the normative reference information in the Taymbuk system providing identity of these selected reference books in both systems;
- possibility of manual synchronization and setup of frequency of automatic data exchange;
- loading in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program, edition 2.5 of the created sheet of a time recording from the Taymbuk system;
- evident comparison of data on actually worked time and deviations from Taymbuk with planned data in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program, edition 2.5;
- control of individual RFID cards of employees, accounting of RFID cards in divisions.
The Automated Workplace Timebook configuration is not independent, its work requires the set standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management", edition 2.5 on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8.3 (not below version 8.3.7).
Interaction Automated workplace Timebook with timebook service is performed through HTTP connection and has the built-in mechanism of data exchange in the manual and automatic mode.
The configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the greatest possible openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.
2018: Joint solution of Vokord and timebook companies
Residents of IT of a cluster of Skolkovo Foundation of Vokord company (one of developers and producers of intelligent systems of video surveillance, biometric identification and computer vision) and timebook (one of developers of management systems for working time) provided at the beginning of 2018 the integrated system of accounting of working time with biometric face recognition.
The joint solution of Vokord and timebook companies provides reliable and exact fixing of working time of personnel and at the same time excludes a possibility of falsifications from unfair employees. The solution is used for automation of time keeping and management of working time of internal and external (Outsourcing) personnel of customers, calculation of the amount of payments at an hourly pay to external contractors, identifications of violations of labor discipline.
Feature of a system is the possibility of maintaining several categories of personnel and employees with the different access levels. So, being a part of the solution software timebook allows to consider separately permanent members of staff, personnel on outsourcing, merchandisers and promoters. Besides, the solution is integrated with control systems of access to premises.
The solution is based on the platform developed by timebook. The semiautomatic system of workforce planning, the reader with the built-in camera and software of the automated calculation of sheets of working time with the subsequent transfer are its part in 1C or SAP. The image from the camera is transferred to a cloud server where using an algorithm of face recognition of Vocord there is a verification of the bearer of the card: if the person tries to pass according to someone else's card, access is blocked and the employer is automatically notified. At the same time the accuracy of biometric verification on the person exceeds 99 percent.
