"The Yaroslavl electric grid company" automated a MRO

On April 12, 2017 NPP Spectec announced implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment in JSC Yaroslavl Electric Grid Company. A system is created on the basis of the software package TRIM.

Goals and Objectives

For management of maintenance and repairs (MRO) of an electric grid it is necessary to collect, to store, process and analyze large volumes of information – beginning from passport data of objects, their status, relevant schemes of networks, and finishing with data on defects, failures, works of a MRO, the used spare parts, etc.

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of management decisions in the field of a MRO and business process automation of a MRO, the management of "YarESK" made the decision on implementation of the corresponding information management system (MRO ISU).

A system is created on the basis of the software package TRIM. The NPP Spectec company became the contractor of the project.

Project Progress

At the first stage the software of TRIM-PMS in workplaces of 9 users is unrolled. Users had training in volume of standard regulations of use of TRIM-PMS. The specification on the MRO ISU database and Excel templates is developed for collection of data on the equipment and works. After these templates are filled, data from them will be loaded into a system.
