EVRAZ completed implementation of the BPM platform

On April 14, 2017 the Terrasoft company announced a bpm'online technology implementation project for optimization of internal processes of the EVRAZ enterprise.

Project Tasks

As the transaction systems for personnel management in the enterprises of holding SAP - for large enterprises, by 1C - for average and small is used. For the organization of Uniform Service center it was required to trace all requests of users in the systematized type. To reach it, a prniyala the decision on system implementation of management of requests on the basis of bpm’online of Terrasoft company.

On production EVRAZ, (2013)

The impossibility of use operating in Service Desk company for the expected amounts of data became the defining factor for benefit of the choice of bpm'online. The selected platform has the sufficient level of flexibility and allowed to receive the working system in short terms.

Project Results

Implementation is complete and for April 14, 2017 up to 5 thousand requests on HR questions is processed in a system every day. More than 200 processes are automated. The self-service portal and the directory of services which unload the staff of HR service works.

EVRAZ always worked on increase in efficiency. Regarding accounting service the uniform company providing services in this area exists several years. Now time to make one more approach in increase in efficiency due to geographical centralization and unification of processes came. HR function also joins in service center.
