On April 13, 2017 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ in bank of Republic of Belarus to ASB Belarusbank.

Choice of the BYR language, Belarusbank (2017)

Adapting a system for individual needs of the customer, NeuroniQ developers expanded language functionality of a system with a possibility of implementation of actions on Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Belarusian and other languages.

The similar solution is already implemented in work of the leading bank in Republic of Belarus ASB Belarusbank for which strategically important to have a possibility of cooperation with clients, performing interaction in the Russian, Belarusian and English languages.

In addition to work with the terminal allow to select language for:

  • visitor's call (voice notification)
  • SMS notification
  • dialing on the specified phone number
  • E-mail – the notification

Such function allows to make use of a system and its interface convenient not only for a Russian-speaking segment, but also for most of other language groups.
